I've seen several suggestions to reformat, when there are no other options to solve a problem. How do you go about this? My HR20 is completely frozen. It reboots right after the "almost there" screen. It just keeps rebooting. Red button doesn't work. Unplugging doesn't work, so I thought I would try to reformat if possible.

Any help?

Ahhh, the advanced tech had me try that while I was on the phone with them, I didn't know that was what we were doing. It didn't work.

Thanks for the reply. I guess I will have to wait for my service tomorrow morning, in which they are supposed to bring a replacement (yeah, right). I guess I am probably stuck with SD for a while.
