So I ordered an AM21 last week from Directv and it still has not shown up as of today.

My order still says Processing and Complete on the Directv website. Does that mean it has been shipped or do they send you a shipment notification?

A tracking number should appear on your account once it's shipped. I guess shipping times can fluctuate depending on what's in stock. You may be able to call and check the status.

i never got a tracking number when i ordered mine. it showed up in less than a week.

Well I still have not received it so I called them up and they said it has not even been shipped...

After 45minutes on the phone they were finally able to do a new order for one and supposedly cancel the other order (even though it is still showing up on my account online).

Crossing my fingers it will ship out properly this time!

I called last Saturday to ask for 2 AM21s. The "equipment specialist" had a hard time trying to order 2 on one order and finally had to order 1 each on two seperate orders. Checked my dtv online account late Tuesday night and it showed the orders with a tracking number for each order. Checked the track #s with Fed Ex and showed they shipped Tuesday and are to be delivered today Wednesday.

Also noted on the order that they were free, very nice, thanks directv

Well an update, logged in and checked tonight and I have a tracking number....but it is not going to be delivered till Monday 9/8! Wow, far from overnight service

I am happy that it finally shipped though. The odd thing is my other order is still sitting in pending (the new one is now in completed with a tracking number). They said they removed the other order from my account as well but obviously didn't...O well, not like its doing anything anyhow.

Kind of a weird glitch overall, and I am kinda sad I wont get it before the weekend, but glad it finally shipped.
