I'm on my 2nd HR20 since receiving the original on 11/2/06. (I'm not sure if the replacement was new or refurbished. Any way to tell?)

Replacement working OK.

One of my replacements had a remanufactured sticker on the bottom and one did not. Both were used because the front faces had dents and scratches. Mine came in a plain white box with a new remote, cables etc except the normal component cables were not in the box. Both had new manufacturing dates.

They were also shipped with info in them about the equipment exchange program and were to be shipped back to some third party.

There was a prepaid Fedex label under the packing slip on the outside of the box inside one of them packing slip holder things.

Thanks Brantel.
I looked at the bottom and no remanufactured sticker and no dents. I wonder if you can tell the mfg date from the serial number?

This can't be true!

48.15% have had to replace their original receivers? Must be a small sample error.
