how much for two 722's

Hi all,
I have dish coming out today to install a couple of 722's and I'll be a new customer. After looking at the posts I noticed that the first one is supposed to be free and some people are getting a 100 rebate on the second one. Is the $100 for existing customers or does that apply to new customers too? I was quoted 199 for the 2 722's, but now I'm thinking it should just be 99 (after rebate.) The first quote I received was $199 for 2 - 722's and a 625. Then there was some mistake about hooking up more than 4 tv's at the time of install. The 722's are to be used in single mode on each tv, but they still refered to it as 4 tv's, not 4 tuners and wouldn't let me get the 625. It was so frustrating that I forgot to ask if there was a price difference for just the 722's. Hope that made sense. Any help is appreciated
