Hey guys, I added an HR21 to my setup today. When I first booted it up I made all the settings, zip, etc. but forgot about adding my second dish. I have a 5 lnb and then the smaller round dish for my locals from 72.5. I forgot to add the 72.5 signal now obviously my locals don't come in on that receiver. So back to my original question, how do I reset the receiver back to out of the box condition so I can go back through the initial setup? Thanks for your time.

You don't need to reset it to new. You just need to run the SAT setup again. Press menu-->Parental, Fav's & Setup-->System Setup-->Sat & Ant-->Repeat Satellite Setup.
