HR-20 700 Can't cancel series

I have set to record series that are no longer relevant or for shows I no longer wish to watch and the "Cancel Series" button does nothing. Is there a solution for this? Does anyone else have this issue?

I dont have that issue, but try simply deleting the series link by using the red button.

Use the red button. Should work.

Thanks. I use a Harmony remote so the red button is down a level so I normally use the menu.
