Blue Ring alerted me to its arrival. This was not a CE download.

Hopefully there are enough bugs removed the family will begin talking to me again.

One encouraging sign: The announcement "we've updated your..." was NOT accompanied by the playlist wiped clean for a change. Have my fingers crossed here.

I got v 254 this morning around 1:30am as well, and all of my HD recordings playback without video (audio only). Tested this with Discovery Channel programs and showtime programs
(only I have).



And to think I was just going to fall asleep casually watching dirty jobs

I never got 0x251, thankfully I guess! Keep us posted on anything you see with this new release. Hopefully it goes a whole lot better than the last!

Oddly, I got 254 on my HR-20 and 255 on my HR-21.

Can someone remind me what the indicator on the Blue Ring is when there has recently been a software download? My upstairs HR20-700 is falking out this AM. I simply cannot get a picture. Restarted numerous times.... no dice. will have to troubleshoot more tonight. Will hook it up to the Plasma downstairs and see what I can see.

Got 251 last week and now have 254. I had no issues with 251 and none are obvious this morning with 254. Remote does seem a lot faster since 251 downloaded
