It started last night when it changed channels by itself to a channel I do not receive and then became unresponsive to remote and front panel. RBR made it work.

Then just a few minutes ago I pushed guide, it came up, tried to input a channel and the whole screen went black except the picture up in the corner. Again no response to anything needed RBR.

I guess I will be calling for a new one. I do have the protection program so it should be painless.............I hope!
