The HR21-200 is black, and doesnt have OTA tuners built in, but can be supplemented with the AM21.

IF OTA is a requirement for you, call DirecTV back and ensure that you'll get an AM21 for free (versus $50).

How do you know for certain that you are getting an HR21-200?

-700 = PACE
-200 = Samsung

HR20 = silver
HR21 = black

They sent me a email with the order on it and the model they sent and tracking info.
