HR-22 and HR-22-c

solid signal lists an hr22 and an hr22-c on website, what is the difference? both links read the same specs.
I sent a request to them but have not heard back yet.
got the wife resigned to getting third dvr so while she's beaten down on the subject I'm jumping on it :)
