If I order a Hr 24 from solid signal would I be able to use the bbc that are on the hr 20 700.I would return the hr 20 but would direct charge me for the bbc that were not returned?

They won't need the BBCs back, and yes you should be able to use the BBCs you have.

Yup. When I got my HR24, we just swapped the BBCs over.
