I have complained many times about how slow my HR 23 was. I have had trouble with my caller ID. The Direct guy replaced it with a Hr24. The 24 is much faster. It changes channels in 3 to 5 seconds. My 23 some times took 30 seconds. The good news it that you guys won't have listen to me complain any more.

Excellent.
I recently, June 2012, upgraded a R15 to an HR receiver and the guy had the 24 on his truck. It is definitely faster than the 23 that I have had for over 3 years.
Glad you are happy now.
