I was wondering on if anyone else is getting Caller ID display as anonymous?
Never had this problem with my HR24 when it using the same phone jack before I had upgraded to a HR34.
The technician thinks it has to do with the HR34 on the network as the network is taking over. I had my HR24 on the network with no problem.
I am curious if this is one of those software glitch that D* never tested?

It's a known bug and there is a fix in the works. It's been reported many times.
