Maybe a stupid question but...with a HR 34..Can I delete recvrs so as to have 1 hr 34 that sends 5 feeds to other tvs? It would be nice to delete recvr fees.

If the TVs in question are RVU compatible, yes.

Not really. Even if you send the 'feed' to an RVU-capable TV, there will be a receiver (or mirroring) fee.

Now of course you could always split the video output to 5 different TVs or more, but you'd end up with the same screen on all TVs.

To be able to "send" programing to other TVs, the TVs need to be RVU compliant or you need receivers for MRV [but using MRV is limited to only 3 at one time, so 3 remote and 1 local].

Just to note:

The HR34 can serve either three RVU or three MRV streams or any mix of them both totaling up to three at once.

There can be up to eight RVU clients registered on the HR34, but a maximum of only three can be used at one time and I think the plan is that DIRECTV charges mirroring fees for only three of them regardless of the number over that registered.
