HR10-250 missing a subchannel

My shiny-used HR10-250 has been working great, except for one nit I just discovered. One of the digital subchannels is missing; it's not in the guide and the TiVo won't tune it when I enter it directly. Trying to tune directly gets a "Searching for signal on: Antenna In" The other two (5-1 and 5-2) are present in the guide and can be tuned, but 5-3 is completely missing and has never been present. I have hooked my antenna directly to the TV's digital tuner and 5-3 is visible there.

I tried doing the OTA channel scan but it came back saying no new digital channels were found. The TV can find it with an OTA scan on the TV (of course). My local market is also properly set.

Is there anything else I can do? Is it possibly an antenna issue? I didn't think so, because aren't the subchannels are all part of the same digital stream?

I haven't hooked up OTA on my HR10-250 so I need to ask is there a percentage display somewhere to see how strong the signal is?.Also you could go to www.antennaweb.org there you can see how far the transmitter is.If you are running the correct antenna for your area.Oh and if there is a signal percentage display that would help too because if it's a low signal it could be antenna positioning or how or where the antenna is pointing.Good Luck!.:)
Yep, there's a signal strength display in the same menu where the satellite strength display lives. The frequency for channel 5 shows a good lock, plus 5-1 and 5-2 come in without any blocking or other reception issues. Is 5-3 not being present perhaps a guide data issue?

Sounds like an issue with the PSIP data that the local station sends out, since you get the other subchannels fine. Since you don't reveal your locale, I'll leave it to you to go to avsforum.com and look for any other reported issues with that particular station in their HDTV local reception forums.
My locals come from Dallas (reaaaally tall antenna). The kicker is, both my digital TVs can tune 5-3 in just fine, just the TiVo can't. I suppose it's not that big of a deal, but obviously DirecTV isn't going to help if I call in and ask. ("Oh, here's a new HR20, sir." But I can't see the HD birds from here. "That sucks for you.")
Ah hah, never mind. Apparently the issue is not with channel 5, it's that the guide data hasn't been populated. (Now that's just crazy, that the HR10 won't even tune a channel without guide data; maybe it lacks some other data as well). From AVSForum:

Note that the DirecTV DVRs don't have 5-3 in their database yet so can't receive it. I hope you will get the new channel information to Tribune as soon as possible so they can include it in the guide they produce for DirecTV.
