HR10 OTA Signal Strength Varies Between Tuners

I have an OTA antenna hooked up to my HR10 and I have a weird issue when I check the OTA signal strength. The signal strength for CBS, NBC, and FOX stay pretty steady at ~70 on Tuner 2, but Tuner 1 fluctuates all over the place. It won't lock onto the signal and watching any of those 3 on Tuner 1 is impossible. ABC is the only channel that locks in on both tuners at the same strength...~75.

I never had a problem before I got the new 5-LNB dish. After the install I made sure the D* tech ran a separate line for the HR10.

Any ideas why 1 tuner works great but the other won't lock on the signal? Is it likely the antenna, cabling, or receiver?

1 last tidbit of info, ABC is digital frequency 10, whereas the other 3 are 29, 31, and 35.

I received a new HR10 from D* yesterday and that fixed my problem. I previously upgraded the hard drive and I tried putting the old drives in the new unit. It booted up fine, but I got Error #51 whenever I tried going into my list of recording. A quick search on Google recommended I clear and reset everything. I did that and an hour later my Tivo appeared good to go. I need to call today and activate it.

I wish I tried that cable trick before I wiped everything!
FYI, there is a script over on DealDataBase called 51killer.tcl that will fix the Error #51 message without loosing your recordings.
I saw that, but I didn't feel like hooking the drives up to my PC. I wanted something quick and dirty.
