I lost OTA channels after update. I got the "Message 750 - service not active. Call customer service."

I currently have the premier package w/HD, so there shouldn't be any subscription issues.

I did a RBR and complete power down/up with no changes. I have another HR20-100 that did not get the software update and OTA still works fine.

I had to go work so I haven't been able to investigate the problem more or call CS. I see another person is having the same problem.

I'm having this exact same issue and had to go to work as well. I also have the premier package w/ all HD channles available so I also don't have a subscription issue If any one has any ideas or awnsers it would be greatly apriciated

My mother has an HR20-100 that had this same issue on the 1st. While I was in town I corrected it for her by completely redoing antenna setup, as the RBR didn't help. It worked until today and now has done the same thing. No antenna channels and with a 750 message.

This morning. Haven't checked much, but noticed clock was set back an hour. It is set to central and DST on under display menu. Any idea how to correct this?

Same exact thing happened to my HR20-100. Customer service told me to wait 24 hours too. Figured she was just tired of talking to me so gave me that line of b.s. Guess I'll see tomorrow morning.

By the way, at the end of the D* calls, the CS rep always asks "Did I answer all of your questions for you?" The rep this morning asked me that, right after she admitted she didn't know why she was telling me to wait for 24 hours for my OTA to come back. :confused:

I had the same issue this morning around 10am central. I've been gone all day and haven't had a chance to check to see if OTA works.

I had the same issue this morning, and OTA is now working when I got home.

Clock still an hour off. Won't this mess up recordings? I guess we'll see tonight, if My Boys does or doesn't record.

Well, they've done it again...............sent us 0251 and screwed up my media share just like in late april.
It plays audio, but my pictures no longer play. It times out "UNALBE TO ACCESS MEDIA SERVER" crap again. After it times out, I cannot re open it without going to my NETWORK settings, running advanced setup and then going back to see pictures. I have noticed that sometimes my GATEWAY DNS setting goes away then returns after I run the network set up. Then the server appears again, but still the pictures won't play.
I have done all the usual stuff, reset everything, etc.
Using TVERSITY
Wireless Gaming Adapters
HR20-100
and..................it worked just fine until I got jammed with 0251 the other night.
Any help would be appreciated.

It is just the opposite for me. The last couple of releases broke media share for me. This one fixed it nicely. That shows how finicky it is with all the different network setups out there. FWIW I am running TVersity also.

Sttarted watching So you think you can dance after it had already started, but before completed. Fast forwarded through commercials until I caught up to live TV, then switched to another recorded program. When I went back in to so you think you can dance it restarted at the beginning rather than where it was when I exited. This problem existed before this release, and has apparently not been fixed. HR20 loses track of its position in the recording when you synch to live TV while watching a recording.

Wow, crazy! Anything else you are doing? Firewall settings, etc? This is just so nuts at my end. About the time I think I have it fixed, they do something and BANG, it's gone again.

After waiting two days and nothing happened, menu reset fixed this. Strangely, my system menu claims I have a slimline dish, when I have an old 5 lnb model. Oh well.
