I lost OTA channels after update. I got the "Message 750 - service not active. Call customer service."
I currently have the premier package w/HD, so there shouldn't be any subscription issues.
I did a RBR and complete power down/up with no changes. I have another HR20-100 that did not get the software update and OTA still works fine.
I had to go work so I haven't been able to investigate the problem more or call CS. I see another person is having the same problem.
