......When I test signal strength I get 90-100 on all but 26 on tuner1
On 2 I get 0s for 5,6,7,8, 9,10, 11, 18, 26 and low signals on 2,3, 13, 15

I've tried reseting and I also switched my input one and two and the problem remains on tuner 2 only. This leads me to believe it's an issue with the box itself.....

101/tp 26 is a spot beam, so that one's OK. When you switched your inputs, did you also switch the BBC's or just the antenna lines?

Yup, it's amazing what weird problems that'll fix. I guess it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world if you had to do an overnight cold reboot once every week or so versus losing your recordings in a receiver replacement. At least you could start working on cleaning up your drive. You need to swap those BBC's around right now to see if the same tuner is effected if it happens again.....
