Sorry I'm a noob and this is a first post but I'm getting frustrated. Here's the issue:

I occasionally get the 771 message searching for sat in 2 and the occasional blank recording. Up until recently it's only been on TNT and I could care less but now they've moved the soccer channels and it's affecting them. It always occurs on certain channels (75, 245, 619, 621 confirmed so far)

When I test signal strength I get 90-100 on all but 26 on tuner1
On 2 I get 0s for 5,6,7,8, 9,10, 11, 18, 26 and low signals on 2,3, 13, 15

I've tried reseting and I also switched my input one and two and the problem remains on tuner 2 only. This leads me to believe it's an issue with the box itself.

I was wondering if anyone had any troubleshooting tips I could try besides calling DTV which I'll do shortly when they're open. Thanks in advance.

101/tp 26 is a spot beam, so that one's OK. When you switched your inputs, did you also switch the BBC's or just the antenna lines?

I switched them where they go into the box, downstream of the BBCs. I tried a cold shutdown (unplugged it) overnight and it seems to have fixed it for now though this has been an intermittent problem for a while. I was hoping someone might be able to tell me if I need to hound DTV for a new box or if it's something fixable in a software upgrade or something. Thanks.
