I've had my hr20 for almost 2 years now and am experiencing one new problem and I have another unrelated question. Problem, it will freeze up randomly for up to 2 minutes and then follow the originally inputed command. It usually does this once or twice a day. Rebooting does not help. I have not received the latest software upgrade. Question, I thought this DVR was designed to record only new shows in a series and ignore repeats. Mine will record old episodes of "Closer" and "LAO CI" among others. Is this normal?
