Everything on my wife‘s plazma started to turn purple. At first I thought the TV was going bad because I couldn’t correct it. This occurred on both HDMI and component. So, before buying a new TV I thought to try another set top box. I substituted an HR21 for the HR20 and now all is back to normal. Anyone else experience anything like this

This could be a very old bug... don't know why it's resurfacing now. Try unplugging the HR20 for at least 2 hours and see if the problem is gone. If it's not, it could be a hardware issue.
