I just received an automated message 2 days ago that I will be contacted to schedule withing 2-3 weeks regarding the HR20 install. I was placed on the priority waiting list 2 weeks prior. So this is the last I have heard on when they will be available. Then I'm sure I will have to wait weeks for them to have an available date to install.
