Ok everyone I just had Directv install my HR20-700 and after playing with it a bit I noticed all my locals and HD locals provided by Directv via satellite are ok, The problem is channel 2-1 HD coming in from my OTA, I have no signal and ext 771. All other HD locals via OTA are fine. Its onlt CBS Channel 2-1 all others are nearly 100%. any ideas?

There is not much you can do about it on your end...
It is something that DirecTV has to look at.

You are not the only one....
I don't have it either... I was able to get it with my H20 (not the HR10 though).

They are looking into it.
