I just responded to your other post; basically its not you. It might be the software, it might be the actual unit, and it might be the cables, connectors, switch, and/or dish itself. And it might also be a combination of all the above.
So we'll run some tests and see whats we got, we'll get the next upgrade in a few days (maybe a week, not under our control, alas) and we'll see what all that brings to us.
First, clearly you are familiar with some of the settings menus cuz you know your software version, good job. So if you could run satellite meters on both tuners for all the satellites and report back here. Lets see if both tuners are reporting good signal strength.
Also, lets swap the two satellite input cables in the back. And re-run the satellite strength listings to see if they follow the cable or the tuner.
A warning in advance, not all the transponders will be above 90. You will likely have some on 101, 103, and 99 that are weaker, as they are spotbeams pointed at your neighboring cities, not toward your location, so don't worry about those.
Good luck,
Tom
