I'm doing a little clean up and cable management before my new hr-34 is installed this afternoon. I plan on connecting my hr20/hr21 to the new swim splitter and have a couple of questions.

It will just be 1 coax cable connected to each dvr instead of 2 correct? And are there any converters connected to the coax like the b band connector was?

No B-band converters required for a SWiM setup.
(I've got as drawer full of useless converters)
All of the SWiM channels are carried by a single coax from the splitter so if you're already got a second coax from a previous install then you can use it for something else, say an OTA antenna.
You'll need a green-labeled splitter but the installer should take care of things like that.

There should be a DECA connected to the HR20/21.
