Got he call last night for my HR20. Install is this Saturday the 23rd. 1-5pm. I am on my third different HR10-250 this month, though the last works fine. I hope the HR20 works better. I got it for 299.00 -150.00 instant credit=149.00. Also I got the HD package free for 1 year, about 100.00, so I am pleased. And I get to keep my Tivo which happens to be working fine after this latest upgrade to 6.3b. Thanks
