It seems like my response time when using my remote with the HR20 is really, really slow. This seems most frequent when I just turn on the Tv and start using it again. The remote controls the tv fine, but when controlling the HR20 it will be completely unresponsive for me 10-20 seconds, then it gets spotty response (like trying to change channels and type in a 3 channel number only 2 of the numbers will go through).

Anything I can do about this and is it just my unit?

Try unplugging and rebooting. Worked for me.
