try another reset through the menu - setup, restart
If that doesn't work, unplug the unit for 10 minutes and then plug back in.

HR20 reset and now all times are wrong
My HR20-100 reset overnight, and I did a RBR since it was stuck on live TV and would not accept commands from my remote or the receiver itself. Now all of the onscreen times are 1 hour earlier. The correct time zone is in the setup area, but the displayed time is 1 hour earlier, the shows in the program grid are one hour earlier, the times of future manual recordings are 1 hour earlier, and even the time stamps on already recorded programs are 1 hour earlier. Many shows do not appear in the To Do List. Any idea what's going on?

I did this, and the time issue was resolved, thank you very much! I have just one lowly entry in my To Do List, so I'm hoping that the list will fill out soon.
