I recieved 2 HR20 boxes.

One of the DOA. (And have to wait 2 weeks to even call direct TV for a replacement as they said the computer won't take any orders until then.)

The other one, when watching MPG4 local HD or the MPG2 local HD, (in the Los Angeles market) Constantly fritzes, sceen goes to blue for a few seconds, then the video comes back then a few second slater the audio.
(I've only been watching TV during Prime time, not during the day)

This happens at least 2-3 times per hour, occasionally more.

Is this a bad box or just another bug everyone is dealing with?

Thanks!

This is going to be full of assumptions but I bet if turned off your native mode things might get better for you. The hr20 sync scans sometimes when it has problems with a data stream IMO is should assume the resolution has not changed unless the stream has changed. The Blue screen you are seeing I bet is your monitor way to show loss of signal, eventually the unit resyncs and your display shows up. Additionally the audio skips when this happens and it takes a moment for your receiver to resync if it does at all.
