When I am scrolling in the HR20 guide it is very very slow compared to an H20. This occurs just trying to scroll up and down between shows. I am NOT actually selecting channels - so no changes in the live channel preview. I could understand it being slow if the livepreview needed to change, but I am just moving the selection up and down. Does anyone know if this is normal and why?

Yes, that is normal. There are a lot of things going on in the background and that slows things down compared to a regular receiver.

Is it slow when doing a page up/down or when you're moving a channel at a time within a page?

If it's a page flip, you may want to make sure Scrolling is turned off. That made a difference for me.

Anyway, our R15 guide is faster than both the HR20 and HR21 guides. Just typical, I would think.
