Does any one else get sound ticks from local HD? Watching Desperate and at about 9:30 for about 3 minutes I thought my speakers were going to blow. It was being broadcast in DD and I was playing it though my Yamaha v-2600 in DD.

Sounds really bad... is this a know bug or just problems from DTV sending bad audio down?

Had the same thing happen at about the same time with DH. That was when we caught up to live after trying to watch the first 20 minutes recorded. The audio was 9-10 seconds out of synch on the recording until we caught up? Then the speaker ticks began. Got it to stop by changing to the SD version and back. This has happened before but it was a long time ago. I'm back to using my VCR as a backup.

Had the same thing, I actually recorded the show and noticed that when I replayed it just now. It and it went away by itself after about 2 mins.

Finally something that was not an HR20 bug! It was a problem with ABC's network feed. Had the same problem recording OTA on my HR10-250 HD DVR.
