HR20 tuner problem

Hi,

I just got my HR20 700 and in the room that It is installed I only have one line. It's going to be difficult to get a second line with the finished ceilings. My problem is that when I am changing the channels I'll get a message that pops up and says something like "There are two tuners in use choose which one to watch" then you have to hit select and it goes away and then randomly when switching channels it will come back again. Do I have to have 2 lines ran to the HR20 for it to function properly, I knew the dual recording wouldn't work with out it but I didn't think it would cause this type of problem.

Thank you.

This just started for me as well yesterday. I have two cables going to my HR20 however. I was recording a show and as I did channel up to scroll through the channels (I usually just input the numbers) I got a message that asked me to choose between stopping the recording or on the other tune was the choice to tune in?

Exit button got me out of it but then every 4 or 5 channels later it would happen again.

Weird
