The following item is currently on the HR20 Wish List.

Enable consumer installable Hard Drive Expansion Device - Investor Day 2/22/06 Slide 41

I have received conflicting requests regarding this item. Some people think that it should be removed from the list because it is already there. Others think that it should remain because the feature is not officially supported.

I have chosen to leave it on the list, but I would like your feedback and will go with the majority vote on this one. I will leave the Poll open until 08-Dec-2006.

The Poll Question is:

Should "Enable consumer installable Hard Drive Expansion Device - Investor Day 2/22/06 Slide 41" be removed from the HR20 Wish List?

No. There is no "expansion" currently - only replacement. Sure, you can replace with a larger drive, but true expansion - ADDING 500 GB when you plug in a 500 GB eSATA drive - is still not present.

I agree. It's a no brainer. Substitution or replacement is not expansion.

If I want to build an extension off my house, do I need to knock down my house to buld a bigger one?
