I had the same problem with TwonkyMedia, so I tryed out WMP 11 and it worked. I could view pictures with twonky, and got the X next to any MP3
Bizarre. It doesn't support the most ubiquitous audio format available? What DOES it support? e.g. what does the serving application need to transcode to for it to recognize it?Earl Bonovich said:With twonky be certain that you include the plugin for LAME
The HR20 does not currently directly support MP3s.
Earl, are there plans to support mp3 directly? It seems like something that should be there. Unless it's some sort of licensing issue or D* is being scared off by the RIAA :nono2:Earl Bonovich said:With twonky be certain that you include the plugin for LAME

I don't think there are any concerns of RIAA... the HR20 is just a player.jkc120 said:Earl, are there plans to support mp3 directly? It seems like something that should be there. Unless it's some sort of licensing issue or D* is being scared off by the RIAA :nono2:

Right now... Just Audio Files that can be converted to LPMC by the media server. And Pictures (I believe just .JPG/.JPEG)ZELLIS said:my MP3 work just fine with windows media 11, photos work fine too but i cant get my videos to work, they are .mov, .divx, .avi, .wmv, i get each file to show up on the GUI but i have a X to the left of the file name.
