The Seagate Free Agent Pros will NOT work with any of the 21 series. Try a Cavalry with model # that begins with CAX. You can purchase from many online sites and they will work with both the 20s and the 21s.r0adr1der said:

HR21-200 doesn't see the Seagate FAP eSATA 750gb drive...
I have an HR21-200...with the new season of shows, I want to increase my storage capacity...I bought a Seagate FAP 750gb #ST307504FPA1E3-RK and connected it to the DVR via an "i.Connect PPA eSATA to eSATA cable"...after following the posted instructions of powering up the eSATA drive before powering up the DVR...the system does not recognize the drive...can anyone help solve this for me (well actually for my wife, you know how that goes). Thanks
