I just got the new software upgrade for my HR21. I still do not see the media share option in my menu like I used to. It says it can connect to the internet and the server but I dont have where it used to say photos music and video in the menu. I use TVersity to share my media from my PC. Is this a software issue.

Try rebooting your HR21. You may also have to reboot your PC.

If what Mr. D'Angelo does not work, wait for the next firmware release. A lot of us have broken media share issue with the current firmware.

I thought the new firmware was supposed to fix the problem I just got the upgrade in July.
