I was having some problems with an HR21P-200 (Pro) and the Customer Rep from DTV told me they were sending out another HR21P-200 to replace it. I received an email with a tracking number that they had shipped an HR21NC-200. What the heck is a HR21NC-200?

A DTV case manager sent us 2 HR21P's. We might be a guinea pigs in an effort to resolve a strange pixelization problem we were having with 2 HR20-700's (haven't had the problem with the Pro's yet - 3 days and counting). I don't believe the Pro's are available through normal DTV channels.
