Does the receiver show with a red dot beside in the receiver control menu if so try entering the ip address manually. If it already shows green then may try deleting the app and reinstalling it.
That is correct. I had the same thing happen to me in the early days of the iPad app. The OP just needs to get someone on the phone who knows what he's referring to.The Merg said:It's a data issue with the OP's account.
