When watching a Movie or a tv show thru our HR24 and Bose Audio system, some reason the video goes from low voices, to high music? any ideas how to fix that? Do i have to call Bose to fix this issue?

How are you hooked up to the Bose system?

Does it happen if you bypass the Bose system and just go straight to the TV?

Problem has been resolved, a family member somehow selected 2 speakers in the settings, set it back to 5, and adjusted the output levels of the speakers and working much better now
