Ever since the last major update (I believe), my HR24 has developed some issues:

- Searching for some programs, but not all are EXTREMELY slow. For instance, searching for "the newsroom", I enter the search, it shows up in the results, I select it and wait probably 45-60 seconds for it to load the episode list. Interacting within that area is extremely tedious.

- Starting some shows, primarily VOD episodes, I click Start, and wait probably 30 seconds before it responds.

The thing is, scrolling through the recorded show list is super fast and responsive. Starting most shows is no problem. Searching for some things is as fast as it ever was.

Is this a network issue? I have a direct gigabit cable connection to my router. VOD downloads are pretty fast. I use the same internet connection on my laptop and desktop computers with no problem. I downloaded a 4 GB OS update for a computer last night with no problem. And if that is the explanation, it does eventually succeed, so what is the issue?

I've found that searching is taking a little bit to kick in lately. What I do is enter a letter and wait for it to start searching and then finish it. I've found it's faster than waiting after you've entered the whole thing. It should update as you type but it's clear that if you don't search often it takes awhile for the indexing to catch up.
