My new HR34 records everything DTV perfectly but OTA with the AM21 has a 2-4 second audio dropout every 1-2 minutes or so. This only happens on OTA recordings on my HR34. Live OTA does not have the dropouts. Anyone else seeing similar or should I be looking at a replacement?

I have a AM-21 connected to a HR-34 and I am experiencing no audio problem watching OTA recordings or live proramming.

I have the HR-34 in use with the AM21N and do not have any such issues.

Ive had a AM21N and HR34 since almost the HR34 release, no issues. Using an EHD.

If you rewind the recording and let it play again are the dropouts in the same spot?

No issues here with my HR34/AM21N combo.

Yes, it's normal. A small piece of black electrical tape will fix it.

I bought em around Christmas, you could get like 10 packs for nothing. I gave some away, and have them stuck all over the place, very cool. Using tweezers to apply them makes it real easy.

Thanks for the help ,I kept redoing this HR34 because my other DVRs with my OTA devices turn off.
