I suspect this has been covered already, but I couldn't find it.

With an AM21 hooked to an HR34, how many OTA channels can be recorded at once? Can it do up to 5 or is it limited to a smaller number by the AM21?

I haven't tried to record OTA on the HR34, but since the AM21 only has 2 tuners I'd say you can only record 2 OTA at a time.

The HR34 can record 5 things at once, two of which can be OTA if the AM21(N) is installed.

Ive recorded the same with my HR34/AM21N. 5 sat or 3 sat and 2 OTA.

Thanks, Guys, that's what I figured. Since I'm currently dealing with OTA via an HR20, I don't know much about AM21s. Kinda figured it would be the bottleneck.
