HR34 & false callerID

Has anyone run into a situation with the HR34 falsely reporting callerID? What is happening, is that every so often it will popup the callerID with:

Unavailable
Unavailable

This happens at random and not when I am getting a call.
This location previously had an HR21 and I used all of the same cabling. When I do get a call, the callerID works correctly.

Thanks,

Does your phone service have a Voicemail Message Waiting signal? There's a known bug with the current HR34 software that sometimes causes this to pop up if you have that feature. DirecTV is aware of the issue and working on a fix.

Awesome. I do have voicemail waiting. Thanks for the help!
It's happened on mine since the telephone line was plugged in...a "ghost call" EXACTLY every 30 minutes. You can disable the notification, but it will still load up your call log..I've physically unplugged mine until they fix it..

Thanks,
The unavailable, unavailable bug shows up right after hanging up the phone but only after an incoming call.
No, if you have call waiting it shows up every 30 minutes...at least it does with FIOS. DirecTV engineering is aware of the problem.

It does this for standard phone service that offers voicemail also....
Any phone provider with a stutter dialtone to signify waiting VM will exhibit this behavior.
