Again, last night I got excited again about using the HR34... so to all those that are having problems with 04 code... there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Pandora came to the HR2X's in the second release after the HDGUI release which was a month or so later. Figure the HR34 will follow the same schedule.

Or maybe this is not the final release and you weren't supposed to get it.

Does the HD GUI provide any additional functionality or is it all eye candy? I just got DTV service installed yesterday so i'm sort of new to this.

It's mostly graphical, but I do think there is a lot of back end changes for the future. There was a lot of speed increase in the guide scrolling, but some say that it's slowed down.

Please say it ain't so. Really like the present SD gui much better than the HD gui on the HR24
