Does the HR34 ever populate the MyDirectv page with icons? Its been 48 hours and the page is still empty. Guide is populated for the full 2 weeks.

I've thought about that, but right now the thing is "Lightning" fast! Maybe filling up that page would affect the speed?

Update...I did a Menu reset. The MyDirectv page did populate with the icons but, the guide must have gotten cleared, only goes out 2 days so far. That's not happened before on a single menu reset. Here's whats weird, the ToDo list is fully populated for the next 2 weeks, with all the details. In the past if the guide was cleared, the ToDo list only showed a couple of things in it, filling up as the guide filled up. Kinda strange.....

The HR34 has been doing a guide flush on any reboot for a long time, hopefully that will be fixed in an upcoming software release.

Wasn't aware of that, thanks. Still don't know why the ToDo list is still fully intact....When my other HR's flushed the guide, the ToDo list was flushed with it. Living and learning with the new HR34....

I would have left it as is and not rebooted. When it works properly, it sometimes takes a few seconds to populate. At least that was sometimes happening to me on the last version.

Ironically, my HR34 started doing the same thing and I haven't rebooted yet. Now that its been several days since you rebooted, is it still populating the icons, is it still quick?

I have had to reboot it a few times this week. We had a power interuption and it lost contact with my HR21. (The HR34 is on a UPS,the HR21 is not) It took a while to get the 34 to see the 21 but the 21 always saw the 34. Surprisingly the icons were present immediately after the reboots...The 34 did have MediaShare before but has lost it since. I'll be happy when all these initial software glitches are a thing of the past. My 21 has been pretty good since the latest NR. The speed of the 34 is really fast, most of the time. Happy with that part :grin:

EDIT: After posting I checked this morning...MediaShare is back on the 34...
