So I'm switching back to Directv from u-verse and when I signed back up they are giving me a HR34 and 3 HD boxes, the rep said they were really really small boxes and didn't know what they were called I asked if they were h24 or h25. Anyways 2 questions.. what boxes will they likely be and with uverse we get 4 streams 1 SD and 3HD I know the HR34 records up to5 HD at a time what I'm curious about is.. the additional boxes do they have they're own tuner or is it using one of the 5 off the HR34? Sorry if this sounds confusing but hopefully someone can help me out with some answers. Thanks.

Probably H25, and they have their own tuner, so wont share one off the HR34.

If it isn't too late, why not try to swap out one Hx receiver and get an HRx dvr.

Additionally, the number of tuners will exceed 8, so you will get a SWiM 16, allowing you to add additional receivers/dvrs more easily.
