i just got HR34 a month ago, and i know there some bugs to still to be work out but the other night i got where the whole GUI was White!, anyone have seen or heard of before?

Yep, it's happened before. Usually exiting and then hitting guide again clears it up.

i did a reset! because i hit guide a few times still white,even mine to do list was white, so i seeing if that was bug or what

one more question, last Monday everything like frozen on the remote , the only button that would work was the "list" button until i press the red reset button, is the problem also?

That is new to me but doesnt come as a surprise.i do know new firmware is coming tat seems a lot more stable.

I've been getting white guide issue on 2 H24-700's for a while now. Only fix is to do a reset. This issue occurred prior to 0x5d5 update, and since.

it's really annoying and difficult to read the guide.

Don't question, you're not hearing about the hundreds of thousands of successful HR34 installs, just the problem ones.

Couldnt be happier with my HR34. I've had it since February and it gets better with every firmware update.
