Just do a manual recording, I was having the same issue and that's what I did.
Hunted recording trouble
I have been having trouble getting Hunted on Max to lock in a series link.
Up until the last couple days it showed nothing but the episode Mort being shown days before tonight, the debut, as well as labeling the second episode Mort as well.
Now I can see both and can manually lock them in, but the SL won't.
