It seemed like directv was really coming on strong in the market and getting lots of new customers, I hope this issue does not slow down or hurt their climb in getting new subscribers. Unfortunately, everyone is going to go through this. There is no good time.

Flamed? There are more DirecTv supporters on here than other places. You're among friends (mostly). I wouldn't feel too bad for them however, I don't think they are experiencing a lot of churn.
At least less than they expected. Churn doesn't happen in a week. Months, yes. A week, no.
