I Fixed Mine (but your probably not as dumb as me)

After Error 22 for several days, I decided to hook up a second receiver. The first unit, I had connected "blind" by feeling around the back of the unit in its cabinet. While connecting the second unit, I discovered a "second" ethernet connection on top of the one I had used on the first unit. For anyone who's making the same mistake I made, the cable needs to be connected to the TOP ethernet port. I couldn't see what I was doing, and never expected there would be two connection points.

Needless to say, I'm up and running.
